在博凯立律师事务所即将关闭亚洲业务之际，其香港办公室两位建筑、基础设施及房地产领域的合伙人Glenn Haley（靳海文）和马维新携五位律师，转投CMS律师事务所。
作为香港建筑法律界的资深专家，靳海文拥有逾40年执业经验。他曾为香港政府及公营机构提供法律服务，参与赤鱲角机场等重大基建项目的法律咨询及金融争议解决。在加入博凯立前，他曾任的近律师行建筑业务团队负责人，并创立Haley & Co律师事务所，后促成该所与博凯立联盟所的合并。
马维新则专注并购与金融领域20余年，其业务涵盖亚洲、欧洲及美国市场的房地产、能源与基础设施投融资领域。此前，他曾在普衡律师事务所和欧华律师事务所的上海办公室担任合伙人。
上月，另一位前博凯立合伙人Ilan Freiman（方裕能）已加盟CMS，并出任亚洲区房地产与基础设施业务联席主管。
博凯立曾于今年3月向本刊姊妹刊物《亚洲商法》确认，随着香港和新加坡办公室的关闭，该所将于今年年底全面退出亚洲市场。
