科律律师事务所的北京办公室聘请徐一林为资本市场及上市公司业务合伙人。
在加入科律之前，徐一林曾担任世达国际律师事务所驻北京的公司业务部合伙人。他擅长为科技、生命科学等行业的公司提供美国和香港上市、并购、私募股权投资等方面的咨询。
去年，他与世达国际的其他律师协助美的集团在港交所挂牌上市，募资超过300亿港元。同年，受经济形势影响，世达国际宣布关闭其上海办公室。
随着2025年的到来，几家外资律所的中国办公室趁机引入新的人才。《商法》的姊妹媒体Asia Business Law Journal《亚洲商法》近期报道，前史密夫斐尔律师事务所合伙人李浩明加入了立杰律师事务所的深圳办公室，而亚司特律师事务所则聘请二级市场专家James Ford担任驻香港的合伙人。
