Anagram and Trilegal advised parties on the K?rber Group’s acquisition of a 49% stake held by Indian company Godrej & Boyce Manufacturing in Godrej K?rber Supply Chain for an undisclosed amount.
K?rber is an international technology group with global operations in integrated supply chain solutions, automation, software and robotics. Through the acquisition, K?rber now has 100% ownership of Godrej K?rber Supply Chain, fully integrating the company into its global supply chain business and further strengthening its presence in India.

Trilegal’s scope of work included transaction-related advice, covering corporate, foreign exchange and competition law aspects, the review, negotiation and finalisation of the share purchase agreement, and assistance with closing the transaction.
