Rajendra Patil has joined SNG & Partners as a partner in its banking and finance practice at the Mumbai office.
Formerly senior vice president – legal at Ratnakar Bank, Patil brings more than three decades of sector experience. He has held senior in-house roles at leading financial institutions, including ICICI Bank, CRISIL, IDFC, RBL Bank, Bharat Financial Inclusion and IndusInd Bank.
Patil has led and managed clients involving a broad range of corporate legal, litigation, compliance, governance, regulatory and corporate secretarial matters.
His experience spans both contentious and non-contentious matters, capital markets work, and engagement with law enforcement and regulatory authorities, supporting prominent banking and financial services institutions.
