Vishal Vora from ALMT Legal has been elevated to associate partner at the firm’s Mumbai office, four years after he initially joined as a senior associate in 2022.
Since joining ALMT Legal, Vora has become an integral member of the firm’s corporate and real estate practice.
With more than 18 years of experience, he specialises in corporate M&A, real estate and banking, and brings significant expertise across both transactional and advisory matters.
His practice covers mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity and investment funds, including complex cross-border inbound and outbound investment transactions.
