Global Vietnam Lawyers has appointed Le Phuong Dang as a partner and head of its Hanoi office, effective 4 May 2026.
Dang joins from Hong Bach Law, where she served as managing director. Her previous roles include legal director of operations at Vinhomes, a major commercial real estate developer, and senior partner and head of the Hanoi office at RHTLaw Vietnam.
“Her appointment aligns directly with our long?term objective of strengthening our presence in Hanoi and enhancing our ability to deliver high?value, commercially focused legal advice to both foreign investors and leading domestic enterprises,” managing partner Chuong Gia Huy Nguyen told Asia Business Law Journal.
“Importantly, this appointment is not only intended to strengthen and sustain our commitment to delivering professional, high-standard legal services in Hanoi and the north of Vietnam, but also to reinforce those standards across Global Vietnam Lawyers’ practice nationwide.”
Dang advises multinational corporations, foreign investors and domestic companies on inbound and outbound investment, corporate, M&A, competition, banking and finance, real estate, employment and intellectual property. Her expertise also extends to cross-border transactions, corporate restructuring and complex legal projects.
