AZB & Partners, JSA and Samvad Partners have advised on Wishlink’s INR1.57 billion (USD17.44 million) series B fundraise.
JSA advised Wishlink, operating under the entity Creatormon, and its founders, Shaurya Gupta, Divyansh Ameta and Chandan Yadav, on its series B fundraising of INR1.57 billion.
Partner Kartik Jain led the JSA team, with the support of associates Dushyant Thakur and Anmol Mahajan, and senior company secretary Alisha Chawla.
Vertex Ventures led the fundraising, with participation from existing investors Elevation Capital and Fundamentum Partnership. The transaction also involved Elevation Capital and Fundamentum Partnership acquiring shares from the founders and certain angel investors.
AZB & Partners represented Vertex Ventures, while Samvad Partners represented Elevation Capital and Fundamentum Partnership.
Wishlink is a creator-led commerce platform, founded in 2022 and is headquartered in Gurugram. It acts as a bridge between social media creators and e-commerce brands, focusing on monetisation and discovery of products.
