Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India has recruited Sharad Joshi as a partner in the corporate practice, along with his team, at the Mumbai office.
With more than 16 years of experience, Joshi brings extensive expertise in project financing, infrastructure legal advisory and EPC contracting.
His expertise is in financing and security documentation, master restructuring agreements, take-out finance documents, bid documents (including concession agreements), tax-efficient EPC contracts, privately placed debenture transactions and acquisitions. Before joining Luthra and Luthra, Joshi was a senior partner at SNG & Partners. He previously was a partner at Krishnamurthy & Co and later became a founding partner at Anoma Legal.
Joshi’s team from SNG includes managing associate Rachit Verma and associate Prarthana Markod.
