Anant Mishra has joined Aretha Legal as a partner in the firm’s corporate, M&A, private equity and venture capital practice, and will be based at the New Delhi office.
Mishra, previously a partner at JSA, has nearly 15 years of experience, with a practice that spans across M&A, private equity, venture capital and cross-border transactions.
His experience spans inbound and outbound investments, group restructurings, joint ventures, regulatory advisory and commercial contracts. He has advised a broad spectrum of clients, ranging from early-stage startups raising their first institutional funding rounds to listed companies navigating complex multi-jurisdictional transactions.
