Sugandha Asthana has joined Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (CAM) as a partner in the Mumbai office.
Asthana’s experience is in debt and equity transactions, and she brings nearly two decades of experience in the area of banking and finance. Before joining CAM, she was the general counsel of FPL Technologies, a fast-growing fintech company. Prior to this, she was a partner at Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co and AZB & Partners.
