Fox & Mandal has brought onboard Saurav Bhaumik as an associate partner in the firm’s corporate & commercial practice group.
He specialises in a broad range of corporate transactions, including cross-border mergers and acquisitions, business and asset transfers, and general commercial and contractual matters.
His experience includes working with clients such as SoftBank, International Schools Partnership, the Qatar Investment Authority, Ford Foundation, Mitsui & Co, and Maruti Suzuki, with a strong focus on the education sector.
Bhaumik was previously associated with leading Indian corporate law firms, including Luthra and Luthra Law Offices, Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co, and Khaitan & Co.
