Karan Dev Chopra and Neeraj Malik have established a new firm, Gray Law headquartered in New Delhi, as they seek to bring together legal expertise and a strong client-focused approach.
Chopra, Gray Law’s managing partner and an advocate-on-record at the Supreme Court of India, has extensive experience in corporate litigation, commercial disputes and arbitration. With a distinguished practice across multiple high courts and tribunals across India, he has worked on resolving high stakes matters for multinational corporations and leading Indian businesses.
Before establishing Gray Law, Chopra was an associate partner at Economic Laws Practice, and had previously worked at Luthra and Luthra Law Offices and Karanjawala & Co.
Malik, who is a co-founding partner at Gray Law, specialises in commercial litigation and dispute resolution across trial courts, high courts and the Supreme Court.
Having worked at Economic Laws Practice and Khaitan & Khaitan, he gained extensive experience in handling commercial and arbitration matters across diverse industries.
Gray Law will work extensively on arbitration and ADR, ?criminal litigation, ?cybercrime and fraud, data privacy, ?dispute resolution, ?insolvency and bankruptcy, labour and employment and ?white-collar crime matters.
