Samarjit Gajendra Pattnaik has joined Luthra and Luthra as a partner in its dispute resolution practice, and is bringing his team, comprising managing associate Puneet Relan and associate Kashish Seth with him from Karanjawala & Company.
With more than two decades of experience, Pattnaik led Karanjawala’s white-collar crime practice as well as handling complex commercial litigation cases, including arbitration, winding-up proceedings and consumer disputes.
