Three firms have advised on Paytm group’s strategic USD1 million acquisition of a 25% stake in Seven Technology, the parent company of Brazil-based tech startup Dinie Correspondente Bancário e Meios de Pagamento Ltda.

Saraf and Partners acted for Paytm Cloud Technologies on all aspects of the transaction, including deal structuring, drafting and reviewing transaction documents, and assisting in closing the deal. Partner Sahil Arora led the team.
