Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (CAM) has taken a significant step in adopting an AI-friendly environment with the integration of advanced AI-powered technologies in use across its legal and business functions on a daily basis.
As part of its AI-first strategy, the firm has adopted Harvey on a pilot basis and Lucio to enhance legal capabilities, alongside Co-pilot and ChatGPT+ to optimise all its business operations.
This move aligns with CAM’s 10th anniversary, marking a decade of innovation and excellence while building on a legacy of more than 100 years of progressive, forward-thinking legal practice. Since 2017, the firm has actively explored AI’s potential, having launched Prarambh, its proprietary legal tech incubator, which is now entering its third cohort.
The firm has initially deployed AI for due diligence, fact verification, litigation support, legal research, and drafting. It will collaborate with AI providers to develop tailored solutions across its operations. AI will further enhance knowledge management, business development, HR, and financial analysis in business services.
