Ashish Kabra has joined Resolut Partners to lead the international disputes and investigations practice alongside his new team, with the aim of serving global investors and enterprises.
Kabra left Nishith Desai Associates after 15 years, where he helped build the disputes and investigations practice into a GAR 100-recognised arbitration team. Global Arbitration Review publishes the GAR 100 annual guide ranking the world’s top law firms specialising in arbitration.
Having built a global practice, Kabra advises leading funds and corporates in complex contentious matters. He has extensive expertise in shareholder disputes, internal investigations and director liability issues, and has acted in a wide range of cross-border situations.
