Siddharth Manchanda, Rashi Saraf and Minhaz Lokhandwala will be joining JSA along with their team of 18 associates and one retained partner, Vinit Patwari. They were all previously with CMS IndusLaw.
While Manchanda, Lokhandwala and Patwari will join the Mumbai office, Saraf will be based at the Bengaluru office.
Manchanda has more than 17 years of experience across venture capital and private equity investments, corporate M&A, corporate debt financing and general corporate advisory.
He has advised on domestic and cross-border mandates in sectors such as e-commerce, telecoms, education, banking, pharmaceuticals, insurance, logistics, power and financial services.
Saraf also brings more than 17 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital. She advises on structuring and regulatory issues for both cross-border and domestic transactions with clients ranging from founders and family offices to venture capital and private equity funds.
She has experience in healthcare, education, edtech, real estate, consumer goods, e-commerce, logistics, manufacturing and information technology. India Business Law Journal has recognised her as one of 含羞草社区 Future Legal Leaders for 2025.
Lokhandwala has more than 16 years of experience advising on venture capital, private equity, M&A transactions and joint ventures. His practice spans structuring and negotiating investments, exits, share acquisitions and business transfers across sectors and jurisdictions.
He has a strong focus on healthcare and pharmaceuticals, and advises hospitals. He alaso has experience in the D2C, e-commerce, IT, logistics and manufacturing sectors.
