Shikha Goenka Ginodia, who has more than 18 years of experience, has been promoted to equity partner at ANM Global in Mumbai.
Ginodia specialises in disputes, restructuring and insolvency. Having worked across law firms and corporate legal departments, she has honed a litigation strategy blending commercial judgement with regulatory understanding, particularly in complex, high-value matters involving multiple stakeholders.
“Shikha’s elevation to equity partner is both a recognition of her outstanding journey with the firm and a reflection of the direction in which we are building our disputes and restructuring practice,” said Nidhish Mehrotra, founder and managing partner at ANM Global.
Her promotion follows Rahul Dhote’s in 2025, making her the fourth equity partner at the firm, alongside Mehrotra and Anushree Rauta.
