SKV Law Offices has appointed Anshul Verma as a partner to lead the firm’s new technology, data privacy, artificial intelligence and emerging technologies practice in Delhi.
Verma brings expertise in technology outsourcing, enterprise SaaS and cloud agreements, AI regulatory frameworks, data privacy, cybersecurity, IoT ecosystems and digital platform regulations. She is known for complex legal strategy with commercial goals in high-value, multi-jurisdictional matters.
Before joining SKV Law Offices as an associate director, legal, Verma served at Microland, where she led strategic technology, cloud and AI-focused transactions, and advised on enterprise readiness for emerging global AI regulations.
Earlier in her career, Verma worked on early stage startups in IT, fintech, health tech and edtech, helping founders balance legal risk with business needs to secure funding and build scalable partnerships.
She also worked at leading law firms across corporate and commercial advisory in FMCG, infrastructure, aviation, energy and public sector matters, and managed litigation before tribunals, high courts and the Supreme Court.
