Tuli, who is based in New Delhi, has more than 17 years of experience advising corporates, investors, non-banking financial companies and financial institutions. Her practice covers mergers and acquisitions, private equity, cross-border transactions, financing, and corporate restructuring.
She has led several significant mandates across the technology, manufacturing, automotive, real estate, life sciences and renewable energy sectors. She has held senior roles at leading Indian law firms, apart from in-house positions with global organisations in the UK.
Gupta, who is based in Mumbai, has recognised expertise in data protection, privacy compliance, cybersecurity and technology regulation advising on Digital Personal Data Protection Act, General Data Protection Regulation and other global data protection regimes. She advises Indian and multinational clients, including technology companies, fintechs and global corporations, on compliance with the DPDP Act, GDPR, CCPA, and other global standards, as well as on cross-border data transfers and risk management.
Her experience spans both in-house global privacy roles and advisory positions, and she remains active in industry initiatives in the technology and privacy space.
