ANM Global has acquired boutique intellectual property firm Gautam & Co in Mumbai to strengthen its IP practice, which follows a similar move in April 2022 with Literati Juris.
Gautam Panchal, which founded Gautam & Co in 2015, will join ANM Global along with his entire team from the boutique IP firm.

Panchal brings more than 21 years of experience in contentious and non-contentious matters relating to IP and allied practice areas, including advisory, transactions, prosecution, enforcement and litigation.
He has served clients across various sectors and industries, including pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, engineering, fast-moving consumer goods, chemicals, infrastructure, electronics, technology and startups.
Panchal has represented numerous domestic and multinational companies before civil and criminal courts, and has been involved in several landmark litigations. Additionally, he serves as an independent director for several publicly listed companies.
