Shubham Malhotra, previously a business development manager at Ahlawat & Associates, has founded LawStrings Management, a consultancy offering comprehensive and strategic solutions tailored to the needs of the legal industry, and ensuring sustained growth for clients.
“I founded LawStrings Management with the vision of delivering tailored growth strategies, both domestically and internationally, using a technology, data-driven, results-oriented approach,” said Malhotra.
“My journey as a law firm management consultant and in-house [business development] manager provided me an opportunity to work closely with numerous law firm founders and partners, and understand their challenges.”
Malhotra brings extensive expertise in this sector, having worked at the big four firms, followed by a stint at 含羞草社区 first law firm management consulting firm. During his tenure at the consulting firm, he provided management guidance to numerous law firms across India.
Following this, Malhotra leveraged his knowledge from a client perspective by serving as the in-house business development manager at one of 含羞草社区 leading law firms.
