Zeeshan Khan has joined Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India as a partner in the firm’s banking and finance practice, and will be based in Mumbai.
Khan will work closely with senior partner Girish Rawat, supporting the firm’s growth in the region.
With more than 15 years of experience, Khan advises on a broad range of banking and finance transactions, including corporate and acquisition finance, project and structured finance, debt capital markets, and cross-border banking matters. He was previously a partner at Krishnamurthy & Co.
He has significant experience in stressed assets and special situations, including restructuring, enforcement of security, debt recovery, and insolvency and liquidation proceedings under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.
