Zeeshan A Khan has joined Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India as a partner in the intellectual property rights (IPR) practice, and will be based at the firm’s office in Delhi.
With more than 16 years of experience in IP law, Khan specialises in litigation and enforcement. Previously, Khan was a senior member of the IP practice at Rahul Chaudhry & Partners.
His practice area of expertise spans enforcement co-ordination, customs registration and enforcement, and domain name disputes before the World Intellectual Property Organisation and the National Internet Exchange of India.
Khan has advised close to 50 Fortune Global 500 companies, supporting a broad range of global and domestic clients in sectors such as fast-moving consumer goods, automotive, oil and gas, retail, fashion, hospitality, pharmaceuticals, electronics and financial services.
