TT&A has rewarded four lawyers – Nakul Sonejee, Uzma Naseem, Pooja Menon and Pratha Agarwal – with partnerships, and they are among 21 to receive promotions.
Each of the new partners brings substantial experience in their respective practice areas. In Mumbai, Nakul Sonejee is a member of the banking and finance practice, while Uzma Naseem works within the regulatory practice, focusing on fintech regulation.
In Delhi, Pooja Menon will be advising in the corporate and M&A practice, and Pratha Agarwal is part of the banking and finance practice. This brings TT&A’s partner count to 33.
TT&A has also promoted Akshita Alok to counsel, as well as four as managing associates and 12 as senior associates.
