TT&A, Ashurst and Latham & Watkins assisted parties on Total Energies Renewables Indian Ocean’s secondary sale of shares in Adani Green Energy valued at about INR31.81 billion (USD350 million).
The transaction involved the sale of up to 28.64 million shares with a face value of INR10 each, which was completed through the screen-based trading platforms of the BSE and NSE in December 2025.
TT&A advised the broker, Jefferies India, with partner Abhinav Kumar leading the team. Managing associate Shubham Sancheti and associate Raunaq Ali provided assistance. Ashurst acted as international legal counsel to the broker.
