Ayush Mohan and Aakash Sherwal have been elevated to partnerships at Samvad Partners at the firm’s Mumbai and Bengaluru offices, respectively.
Mohan brings more than 12 years of experience advising on venture capital, private equity, M&A and general corporate matters.
He has advised various private equity and venture capital investors, institutional investors and companies across sectors such as e-commerce, fintech, insurtech, alternative energy, mobility, consumer products and B2C (business-to-consumer) services.
Meanwhile, Sherwal has more than 13 years of experience in dispute resolution and insolvency. He regularly advises and represents clients in the financial services, technology, hospitality, infrastructure and real estate sectors.
