Resolüt Partners has advised Glade Brook Capital Partners on a USD665 million investment in Zepto’s series F funding round, which will see the company valued at USD3.6 billion.
“We have been one of the early investors in Zepto since 2021 and are proud to see what the founders have accomplished. Glade Brook has also invested in other Indian assets such as Daily Hunt and Zomato, and India is one of the key investment destinations,” said Ruchir Sinha, managing partner at Resolüt.
Sinha led the transaction team with the assistance of associates Maseeh Yazdani and Shreejith R.
Glade Brook Capital Partners is a global investment firm that invests in emerging internet and software leaders using growth equity and private credit strategies. Partnering with entrepreneurs, they accelerate expansion from the growth stage through to initial public offering.
Zepto is a quick commerce delivery company that offers a wide range of products, including groceries, fresh produce and household essentials via an app. CEO Aadit Palicha was aiming to see Zepto go public in the coming year, he said on Indian television financial news channel NDTV Profit.
