Oishika Dasgupta has rejoined Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas as a partner in the capital markets practice and will be based in the Mumbai office.
Dasgupta brings 11 years of experience in equity capital markets transactions, infrastructure investment trust offerings, debt capital markets, corporate governance and securities law matters to the team.
Prior to rejoining CAM, she was a partner at S&R Associates, where she also served as counsel and associate. Earlier in her career, she was with Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co and Bharucha & Partners.
