George Varghese has joined TLH Advocates & Solicitors as a partner in the firm’s litigation and dispute resolution practice, and he will be based at the Hyderabad office.
He has more than 10 years of experience in dispute resolution, advising clients including multinational corporations, public sector lenders, government ministries and private equity funds.
His work encompasses pre-dispute risk management, strategic advisory services, and representation in complex disputes before Indian courts as well as both international and domestic arbitral tribunals.
Varghese has handled matters across various sectors, including infrastructure, energy, finance, insolvency, white-collar crime and environmental law.
Before joining TLH, he was a partner at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, where he contributed to the dispute resolution practice.
