Gauhar Mirza has joined Saraf and Partners as a partner in its dispute resolution practice, as well as bringing expertise in arbitration, litigation and tech matters.
With more than 15 years’ experience, Mirza has acted for leading corporations, public sector undertakings and global technology giants in complex, high-value disputes before the Supreme Court, various high courts, arbitral tribunals and other judicial bodies. Mirza previously worked at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas.
His expertise includes domestic and international arbitration, shareholder disputes, construction and infrastructure cases, policy and intermediary liability advisory, and issues relating to white-collar crime.
