Hiral Motta has rejoined Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas as a partner in its real estate practice at the firm’s Mumbai office.
Motta brings more than 20 years of experience in the real estate sector. Her expertise spans a wide range of real estate transactions, including foreign direct investment, acquisitions of agricultural land, and the drafting and negotiation of transaction documents relating to acquisitions, disposals, leasing and development projects.
Motta previously joined the erstwhile Amarchand & Mangaldas & Suresh A Shroff & Co in 2007. She also served as vice president – legal (commercial) at K Raheja Corp, where she was responsible for legal matters relating to the company’s commercial real estate business.
