Bombay Law Chambers has elevated five counsel to its partnership ranks, taking the firm’s total partner count to 14 across four offices.
The newly promoted partners are Deepa Rai, Fariza Ahmed, Manali Kakatkar, Supratim Guha and Suhas Sagar. Their practices span venture capital, private equity, M&A, financing, regulatory advisory, employment law and taxation.
Rai advises on venture capital, private equity, M&A transactions and warranty and indemnity (W&I) underwriting, while Ahmed focuses on venture capital transactions, M&A, employment and general corporate matters.
Kakatkar specialises in financing transactions, regulatory advisory and corporate matters. Guha’s practice covers M&A, private equity transactions, W&I underwriting and regulatory advice.
Sagar is a tax specialist with expertise in international taxation and transfer pricing.
