Gunjan Chhabra, who brings 12 years of experience to the table and previously a partner at Adwitya Legal, has joined MRP Advisory as a partner in the India disputes practice.
Chhabra has significant expertise in construction disputes and arbitration matters, and is dual-qualified as an advocate in India and a solicitor in England and Wales.
She was an arbitrator in nearly 40 cases and is empanelled with institutions such as the Court of Arbitration for Art where she also worked as a mediator prior to joining MRP.
Chhabra started her professional career as an intern with Khaitan & Co, and worked at various prominent law firms such as Singhania and Partners. She later served as an arbitrator and mediator at PreSolv 360 and Sama.
She has acted as counsel in various legal matters, ranging from assessing claims to presenting arguments with a special focus on construction and infrastructure disputes. She represents clients before both courts and arbitration tribunals, in ad-hoc and institutional settings.
