Introduction

Currently working as partner with MRP Advisory, Gunjan is a dual-qualified legal professional, admitted as an advocate in India and as a solicitor of England & Wales.

She is highly regarded in commercial disputes, international construction arbitration, infrastructure disputes, and commercial litigation, with extensive experience representing clients before courts and arbitral tribunals under ad hoc and institutional rules including ICC, SIAC, and DIAC. She has a proven track record in commercial arbitration spanning both Indian and international clients, including Fortune 500 companies. She regularly speaks at various national and international events, webinars, and panels.

Gunjan is also empanelled as an arbitrator with several prestigious institutions such as the Court of Arbitration for Art (CAFA) and ODR platforms and serves as an external member on POSH Committees. She has been recognised as a Future Star in Construction by Benchmark Litigation (2025) and was the recipient of the Pioneering Women Leadership Award. She is also a widely published author in leading arbitration journals.
