JSA, Kirkland & Ellis and Linklaters have assisted on Warburg Pincus’ proposal to invest in Acclime Group, a leading tech-enabled corporate and business services provider, for an undisclosed amount.

JSA advised Acclime Group on the India aspects of the planned investment, which was outlined in an agreement the parties signed.

“We had previously acted for Concept International Business Consulting (CIBC) on its acquisition by Acclime in 2022,” said Prakriti Jaiswal, lead partner at JSA.

“Following the successful execution of that transaction, JSA was engaged by Acclime to advise on this transaction, which involved cross-border elements and regulatory considerations.”

The JSA corporate team comprised Jaiswal, senior associates Rishika Agarwal and Nabarun Ray, and associates Mahi Jaiswal and Kirti Vardhan Singh.

Completion of the transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals. JSA advised on all aspects of the India leg of the transaction, providing end-to-end legal support.

Kirkland & Ellis advised Warburg Pincus.

Linklaters advised an unnamed lender. Banking partner Rahul Chatterji led the cross-jurisdictional team, with support from counsel Douglas Doherty and Alice Sun, and associates Ester Ng and Nicole Ngan.

The investment is expected to support Acclime’s next phase of growth, including its international expansion strategy, further strengthening its multi-market operating platform, and continued investment in technology and innovation.
