V Law Partners founder Vivek Daswaney has joined Economic Laws Practice (ELP) and will be based at the Mumbai office.
At ELP, Daswaney will lead the firm’s labour and employment practice and his team of six will also support the infrastructure practice, which is led by Sujjain Talwar.
Daswaney has more than 25 years of experience in labour and employment law, advising Indian and multinational companies on a wide range of employment matters.
He also has experience in corporate and commercial law, real estate, inheritance planning, trusts and testamentary matters, allowing him to provide commercially practical advice to clients.
