Vinit Patwari has joined CMS IndusLaw as a partner in the firm’s transactions practice and he will be based in the Mumbai office.
Patwari brings more than a decade of experience advising on complex domestic and cross-border transactions. He focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and strategic investments. His expertise spans investments, exits, acquisitions, business transfers, joint ventures, regulatory structuring and general corporate advisory.
He has advised prominent global investors and corporates, including Alibaba Group, Ant Group, ArcelorMittal Nippon Steel, GIC, SoftBank, Goldman Sachs and the Tata Group. His transactional experience covers a wide range of sectors, which includes technology, retail, logistics, consumer goods, healthcare, energy and financial services.
Before joining CMS IndusLaw, he was associated with Trilegal as counsel.
