The in-house legal team handled matters for Urbanaut, which designs and develops monorail systems, a type of environmentally friendly, non-polluting transportation technology.
The investment aligns with VAIT’s objective of supporting innovation-led startups. The company operates a discovery platform that helps users to find, save, plan, book and share experiences across specific cities and regions. It also offers suppliers a booking management and ticketing system, streamlining the process for organisers and end users.
