Tilleke & Gibbins has hired partners Patcharaporn Pootranon and Saravut Krailadsiri in its Bangkok office, boosting the capital markets and tax practices.
Pootranon, a former partner at Deloitte Legal, brings nearly two decades of expertise in capital markets, corporate law, M&A and taxation. She has played a key role in securities offering transactions under Rule 144A/Regulation S of the US Securities Act and Thai securities law.
Senior associate Vaeerakorn Samranweth and associate Narita Sakunchotikarote will join Pootranon on the capital markets team.
Krailadsiri, previously a partner at Kudun and Partners, will join Tilleke & Gibbins’ tax and corporate restructuring practice. With more than 20 years of experience, Krailadsiri specialises in tax, corporate restructuring and cross-border M&A. He has represented major investments in Thailand’s energy sector, particularly in petroleum exploration and production.
