The Thai Corporate Counsel Association (THAI-CCA) is entering a new phase as Visitsak Arunsuratpakdee becomes president, succeeding founding president Sahachai Wibuloutai.
“We aim to deepen our engagement with other CCA organisations across the Asia-Pacific region,” Arunsuratpakdee told Asia Business Law Journal.
“There is potential to expand membership and strengthen our collective voice, enabling more open dialogue with policymakers on new laws and regulatory developments that impact businesses.”
Founded in June 2023 as Thailand’s first formal corporate counsel group, the THAI-CCA was created to build a strong community of in-house counsel through the initiative of Wibuloutai and its founding members, including Arunsuratpakdee.
Before moving in-house, Arunsuratpakdee was a partner at Rajah & Tann, and recently at Chandler MHM. Arunsuratpakdee currently heads litigation and regulatory affairs at telecom-tech company True Corporation.
