Tatva Legal Hyderabad has rebranded as TLH Advocates & Solicitors to establish itself as a distinct entity from the existing Tatva brand.
Commenting on the rebranding, a TLH spokesperson said, “The decision to rebrand … was driven by the firm’s steady evolution over the past 15 years. As we expanded in scale, services and vision, it became important to adopt an identity that reflects who we are today and where we are headed.”
The firm’s roots trace back to 2010 when Tatva Legal was formed as a breakaway from Dua Associates by three partners – Shishir Sharma, Dilip NK and Shailendra Komatreddy – with Komatreddy taking charge of the Hyderabad office.
During this time, Tatva Legal Hyderabad emerged as a separate entity in 2013. Sharma later returned to Dua Associates in 2017 after seven years with Tatva Legal.
Over the years, Tatva Legal Hyderabad has built a strong and diverse client base both in India and internationally. The leadership noted that the Tatva Legal name no longer reflected the firm’s full scope, particularly as its reach and expertise had expanded.
