IndusLaw and Trilegal have assisted parties involved in the 100% sale of deeptech education firm TalentSprint to Accenture Solutions for an undisclosed amount.
IndusLaw advised TalentSprint owner, the NSE Academy, a wholly owned subsidiary of the National Stock Exchange of India. Partners Winnie Shekhar and Shantanu Singh led the IndusLaw team, with support from associates Asha Sreedhar and Priya Sharma.
