Sudip Mullick has joined Economic Laws Practice (ELP) as a partner and will be based at the firm’s Mumbai office.
Mullick has more than 30 years of experience in real estate, construction and related disputes. He has represented developers, contractors and corporate clients in both transactional and dispute resolution matters.
His practice includes handling disputes in real estate, construction and other commercial contracts, with extensive experience in court litigation and arbitration proceedings.
“With him [Mullick] on board, ELP will undoubtedly strengthen our existing offerings in hospitality, litigation and real estate,” said managing partner Suhail Nathani.
