Squire Patton Boggs has expanded its Singapore-based global corporate practice group, hiring partner Philip Lee and his team.
Lee’s team consists of three lawyers: of counsel Andhari Sidharta, senior associate Le Jing Ong and associate Suneha Kasal.
“Philip is widely recognised as a leading corporate lawyer in Singapore, having advised on some of the most significant, innovative and first-of-a-kind deals across the Asia-Pacific,” Stephen Chelberg, Asia-Pacific chair of the corporate practice, said.
Before joining Squire Patton Boggs, Lee served as the Asia regional head of DLA Piper’s financial services sector, head of capital markets Asia-Pacific and regional lead for the Indian practice.
