Specialist Sneha Nagvekar has joined Veritas Legal as a partner, bringing more than a decade of experience in M&A.
Nagvekar was previously a partner in the corporate practice at AZB & Partners, Mumbai.
Nagvekar has advised leading private equity funds, prominent Indian multinational companies and financial advisers on public M&A transactions, including mergers, demergers, divestitures, tender offers, take-private deals, block trades, competitive situations, leveraged buyouts, spinouts and recapitalisations.
In addition to her transactional work, Nagvekar has significant expertise in regulatory and securities law. She has also worked with listed companies, audit committees, and independent directors on governance and compliance.
