Shekhar is a tax lawyer with a more than 20-year track record. He has worked at both the Supreme Court and Delhi High Court for two and a half years. His expertise is rooted in indirect taxation, having worked with renowned law firms in this area.
His diverse clientele spans across various sectors such as oil & gas, telecoms, power, IT/ITES, alcohol and beverages, broadcasting, consumer durables, fast-moving consumer goods, and more.
Joshi has a decade of experience in indirect tax litigation and advisory.
With this strategic inclusion, DMD now boasts of a team of more than 100 lawyers, including 24 partners and directors.
