Rahul Jain has left the in-house counsel world to join Hammurabi & Solomon Partners as a partner and will be based in the Bengaluru office.
Jain, who was previously the vice president at Quess Corp, has more than 18 years of experience in corporate law, IPR, and compliance. He also continues to serve as a counsel at the High Court of Karnataka.
He has led various legal teams in handling compliance, risk, ESG, and corporate affairs, with expertise in M&A, IP, data protection and litigation. His experience spans the manufacturing, R&D, e-commerce, and consumer electronics sectors, advising on contracts, regulatory compliance and dispute resolution.
Jain has held senior positions at leading organisations, including Reliance Retail, Flipkart, Samsung India and Havells India.
