Pritha Chatterjee has joined JSA as a retained partner in its banking and finance practice, and brings around eight years of experience to the team.
Chatterjee, who had extensive experience in structured finance and debt capital markets, was previously a partner at IndusLaw. She also had roles at Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co and Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas.
She has advised leading domestic and international banks, investors, financial institutions, large corporates, and multilateral agencies on a wide range of complex and high-value matters.
Her expertise spans the structuring, negotiation and execution of innovative financing solutions.
