Raunaq Bahadur Mathur has joined Saraf and Partners as a dispute resolution practice partner and will be based in the Delhi office.
Before joining Saraf and Partners, Mathur was an S&R Associates partner in the dispute resolution practice in New Delhi.
With more than 15 years of experience, Mathur specialises in high-stakes international and domestic arbitrations and complex commercial litigation. Her expertise lies in shareholder and investment disputes, cross-border conflicts, and sector-specific issues in infrastructure as well as oil and gas.
She has acted for leading Indian and international clients in arbitrations under the London Court of International Arbitration, the International Criminal Court, the Singapore International Arbitration Centre and ad hoc rules, and frequently appears before the Supreme Court of India and various high courts across the country.
